The Hacienda is a stunning resort with beautiful rooms and a fantastic pool area. I loved the character and charm of the grounds, filled with artwork and lovely views. However, I faced some issues with room service frequency and a persistent smoke alarm problem, which took a while to resolve. Overall, the resort is a great choice for a peaceful getaway.

Also, while the outdoor dining was delightful, I did not receive any additional recognition for my special occasion, which would have been a nice touch.
